Regulatory bodies slipping out of their suit jackets,

finding whatever harmonization they can

while crossing each others’ borders,

seeking that elusive union in which we meet all standards,

have weighed our risks perfectly,

and can tell you exactly how this will resolve

when it inevitably fails.
